what you pay
A fixed monthly fee per site, set when I scope your setup, plus a one-time setup fee for the build. Billing is monthly or six-monthly. That is the whole price. No per-message charge, no overage, no line that moves when a customer opens the chat.

The build and the running of it
Scraping your site, wiring in your backend, the model usage, the hosting. I own all of it.
Ongoing changes
Tone, scope, the widget's wording, new lookups. You ask, I make the change. Your embed tag stays the same.
The monthly report
The top five confusion points, pre-checkout objections, complaints as they surface, and a specific fix for each.
you pay after it works
Your team tests it on a private link first. The setup fee is due only once you have signed off, and it does not go live for customers until then.
